It's just people's naivety on the profession of a vet, that's all.

Re: General Discussion 5

Metal? Is that a random new adjective society has made up?

Looks like I brought the thread to an awkward halt. Here's something to
discuss and/or laugh about.

Yeah, now that's classic. Classic is always better ... in my perspective.

Re: General Discussion 5

HEEEEEY GUUUUUYS

I did backup vocals with about 20 other people today for an album that comes out in the summer! <3 I can't wait for it to come out!

I'm going to get my name in the booklet, too! C;

It was for William Control, one of my favorite people in the world, so this was like the opportunity of a lifetime for me!

Sorry I haven't been posting a ton lately, too, I've been pretty busy with stuff C; I've been lurking around, though!

Are you freaking kidding me? It's like saying badass or something.

Well, I wouldn't expect you to know what it means if you don't watch Metalocalypse.

Re: General Discussion 5

YES.

You know the best part?

there weren't any sad emo kids pouting against the wall like I always see at shows.

Everyone was happy.

and I love how the guy was actually THERE doing it WITH US instead of doing what a lot of other artists/bands would, I'm sure other people would just hire instructors but nope C;

it was great, we were down there for about two hours

Re: General Discussion 5

Why does it take two months to get a record out when it's done already? Is
it distribution delay?

Re: General Discussion 5

well there's a huge process in recording a record, even if it's an electronica album like his. you have to redo everything at least a few times, then there's mixing...then there's having to print all the copies, advertising, etc...

Followed by swearing and cursing when he finds out that he made a small mistake in one song, that he now has to edit

When I think of a chair collapsing, I remember when my fat *bleep* principal fell off the stage back in middle school XDI dunno why it was so funny.

That reminds me of my other school principle. The guy was fat, and every
time I saw him when he was talking, his fat chin was flopping around as his
jaw moved. Well, all of us [high school] liked making jokes about it ...

Re: General Discussion 5

Question:

What do you all plan on majoring in when you get to college? If you
graduated already, what have you majored in?

If you're in the middle of college, you may answer, too.

I'm in my fourth year at college, need to take a fifth year; I'm BSc. with specialization in geology. I had a music minor, but I got rid of that a number of years ago.
