Is Cynder not realated to Spyro?
Okay, in Spyro: A New Beginning, Ignitus said that Cynder was from the same clutch of eggs as Spyro but in DotD

Re: Is Cynder not realated to Spyro?
Their was some big stink about this a year or so ago when the Game Boy version of ANB or TEN stated that the two were from the same group of eggs and were thus siblings. It was then stated by the platform developers that the two were not related in any way.

Re: Is Cynder not realated to Spyro?
They're animals.
Here's the way life goes:
- Christ made humans with dominion over the earth along with creatures.
- Humans were created with the rule that we cannot mate with the same
family members [incest].
- Animals [including dogs, for those who think dogs are little people] do
not have dominion over anything. There are no laws for animals, including
the human law about incest; they simply just live on the earth. Animals
don't have a soul either [including monkeys].
- Humans have a soul.
- Animals do not "date." Animals don't have "boyfriends" or "girlfriends."
- Humans do "date."
Now, to the end of my point:
- Spyro is a creature. Well, a human-made creature on an electronic
game. But he's [more properly, "it's"] still not human.
- Even if Spyro is in the same family as Cynder, it's normal for them to
mate with each other, as they are animals. It happens all over the earth
with animals, and is meant to be that way.
[This is not saying, in any way, that you can go about making disturbing
pictures and/or animations of S&C. They are still wrong to do.]
To Spyro, I still love you like a brother.

Re: Is Cynder not realated to Spyro?
i DO believe in Christ, and i still think animals have a soul. in fact, that post really annoyed me. why should our outer shells that exist only on the physical plane determine our laws, our dominion, our souls? yes, animals go only by instinct and don't follow laws of governments, but that's because of the bodies they're born into, and how they're raised. the minds of animals are programmed so that they act that way, just as human minds are programmed so that we behave the ways we do. but the mind and soul aren't the same thing. the mind controls the body, and the soul is the non-physical part of ourselves that makes up our substance. the soul is what matters; our bodies are worth naught but something to use so as to live on the physical plane [this world].
why should animals be spoken of that way, just because they had the misfortune of being born into a different shell than that of a human's? there are humans who behave better than animals, and there are animals i understand and respect more than most of humanity, such as my pet. what he is doesn't matter. he likes when we pet him. he gets sad when we leave him to go somewhere. i consider him to be a person just as much as any human, because he is in fact a person, and so are other animals...
remember, the physical plane does not define the limits for reality. people seem to understand that with God, but not beyond that...

While Spyro, Hunter, Sparx, and all the other characters ARE IN FACT (virtual) ANIMALS, they are more than that. In the games, they all think like humans, act like humans, and speak like humans, and they probably have souls. Because of that, I would argue that while they are animals, they are people, but not humans. Similar to how God is a person, but not human.
Yo, Spyro
I'm really happy for you, but Jazz Jackrabbit is one of the best platformers of all time.

This is why I don't think religios views on a forum are a good Idear, I mean we should all respect eachothers belives but ((Im not saying your have or anything next)) But it could end up leading to a flame war quite simperley, witch Is why we should have a rule of say but don't preach...

I will say, though, it gave a lot of fans something to draw about and be
entertained by. Some in odd ways, some not. It may be more about
curiosity, as we don't know their status regarding their little "dragon relationship."

Some lizards can reproduce asexually, as in parthenogenesis. If female dragons could reproduce without a male specimen, perhaps the bother-sister thing is irrelevant to dragon society. Perhaps the Spyro-Cynder thing is irrelevant too. Ha!! Just blew both arguments...

Re: Is Cynder not realated to Spyro?
Some lizards can reproduce asexually, as in parthenogenesis. If female dragons could reproduce without a male specimen, perhaps the bother-sister thing is irrelevant to dragon society. Perhaps the Spyro-Cynder thing is irrelevant too. Ha!! Just blew both arguments...
