I rather enjoyed this episode, Maud was fantastic as always and Starlight was great too, While Pinkie's motives did seem selfish and cruel, she realized what she did wrong and fixed it. 9/10 episode!

Twilight and Flurry's bond was cute good to see them bonding and getting along. 8/10 Pinkie dosen't have an off switch but I am glad Maud found a place to call home, and a new friend in Starlight. 7/10.

I enjoyed Flurry Heart and Twilight's interaction in this episode, and it was nice to see Twilight realize what being a good aunt really is. I liked Shining Armor and Cadence as well and I loved Spearhead. 9/10 episode!

Fluttershy leans in was good, glad to see a lot more bolder Fluttershy. Forever Filly was sweet and also touching glad Rarity and Sweetie Belle are so close. 8/10 and 10/10.

I enjoyed both Fluttershy Leans In and Forever Filly, they taught good morals and were sweet and heartwarming episodes, 10/10 for them both!

That episode was very touching and I can definitely relate to Rainbow Dash being embarrassed by her folks, also Scootaloo and the Wonderbolts were fantastic and I loved Rainbow's parents, 9/10!!

oh i've been avoiding this thread because of spoilers, turns out you're all using spoiler tags already anyway lol

i'm really far behind, i finally watched "The Times They Are a Changeling" and "Every Little Thing She Does" last night.

"The Times They Are a Changeling" was nice a bit ... cliche? but nice! i liked Spike's song.

"Every Little Thing She Does" was AWESOME i know some people complained about Starlight in that episode, but i could just relate to her SO MUCH. just like, literally almost every little thing she did, i could relate to and understand completely, even if i didn't always agree with her plus it was just an enjoyable episode anyway.

That episode with Princess Luna and Princess Celestia was well written and is definitely my favorite out of Season 7, and the episode with Pinkie visiting the Yaks was well written and had some heartwarming moments, both episodes had good morals as well.

Edit: Just finished bingewatching the leaked episodes of S8 (episodes 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13). Here are some of my thoughts.

There was some good and bad moments. My favorite out of all of them Surf and/or Turf. It was cool seeing the CMC solving a friendship problem. Discord's antics in The Break Up Breakdown made me laugh quite a few times. Celestia was hella cute in Horse Play. The Parent Map was a bit boring and irritating. It's probably the lowest on my list.

Regarding season 8 in general, I like the whole idea of the friendship school arch, but part of me feels that it's out of place in this show. I watch MLP for the ponies, not all the different species that suddenly showed up out of nowhere. We got nu-lings, yaks, dragons, hippogryphs, gryphons. WHERE THE PONIES AT?????
