Official "This game sucks!" thread

Correction.

That alone is woth the soundtrack. It might turn out as wasted talent as spyro seems to be good at that, Mark hillman anyone?...i rest my case.

Wasted talent? It's a possibility in Skylanders. How many times did I see that in the Spyro series?

-ETD with Tom Kenny and the other voice actors/actresses.
-LOS with Elijah Wood and the other voice actors/actresses. (I've seen Eragon and I was shocked how Elijah acted well, in comparison to how he voiced Spyro)

Could be the voice acting or maybe it'll be like in ETD where Stewart Copeland's music wasn't really ready for the PS2. SC's music was still good in ETD and I loved the new instruments but some tracks were not so good *cough* Dragonfly Dojo *cough*. Hans Zimmer may (or not) make the same mistakes.
Or maybe not at all.

If the soundtrack doesn't have the duhhhhhhhh sound like in Inception then i will rank this game worse than The World Ends With You.

well the lesson here is.

Just because you have a "big name" dos'nt make it work out, why else did they get "Christina Ricci"...i mean...Mae Whitman was doing a fine job as cynder heck even Cree Summer was a good VA for her but they got in a "big star" and her voice was ruind.

To be fair i think that, that game was one of her "non-acting days" She was great in Alpha and Omega.

the only thing I say is... Replace the named "Spyro" to uhm.. "Cookie's adventure" and you have the very same game</3 (give cookie some horns etc.)

in other words..the real..."SPYRO THE DRAGON" element doesn't realleh come back in this game IMO.

ON THE SECOND HAND Spyro shud be happy that he's granted this game, and new technology methodzz. Gaming with simply placing a toy on a thingy?

I agree with you, Pyrox. Crash Bandicoot hasn't had a console game since 2008, and Activision scrapped what was going to be a promising game. Sigh...

I meant Activision scrapped a good-looking Crash Bandicoot game and chose to milk it with Iphone kart racers instead. What can you do with a big company like that?

look at Disney, only VERY few films have been copnsiderd classics latly, its all stupid talentless bratts, thats where the money comes from hmm ...lord knows how...

Does anyone think this "memory toys" are abit late to the party? Aside from a syncing dock and these things I kind of prefer the unlockables approach. Call me stubborn if you will but with the rise of DLC and such... I don't know.

It's not late, though. Believe it or not, Toys for Bob came out with the idea for the game. Activision had no input in this game, other than promoting and publishing the game.

I'm so used to getting DLC in its physical form. The funny thing is, the DLC for Morrowind came with an instruction manual and a beautiful map of the new places. And broadband is very...restricted nowadays. Not everyone has uber-fast broadband to download DLC. I have a 2GB allowance on my mobile dongle. Imagine how much DLC I can download with that. Not much.
