I completely forgot about that.... I suppose that would be unfair to people who didn't use it.

Has anyone done the challenge without superflame?

What I think it should be is just judging based on Time. Maybe if you did yours without Superflame, try out Superflame for a better time?

But I don't have a full save on my Ps3 so I would have to play through the whole game. I also have my old Ps1 memory cards which has the save but the disk is in a little bit bad shape so I don't know. I can try if the disk works properly enough and try with superflame but I will wait for whats Stormys opinion on this subject.

I think we're just going to have to do two separate categories like Gekoncze suggested. I don't want to have to make anyone redo their time.

I think this goes without saying, but if you're using a screenshot, please don't say you didn't use superflame when you really did. I trust you all to be honest. wink

I'm pretty sure TAS is 'Tool Assisted Speedrun'. I think it basically comes down to putting in inputs frame-by-frame to get the absolute fastest/best run of something.
Allows for insane stuff like this:

Holy crap. I didn't think I was that good. I beat the game multiple times and it's my favorite game, but I'm not a speedrunner nor do I ever play Speedways for fastest times. This was my first time doing a speedway for a record and wow! Congrats to everyone else who tried out too!

Always been pretty bad at speedways (especially this one now that I think about it, lol), so I knew I wouldn't get close. It's always good to have an excuse to bring out the old Spyro games again though. Could the next contest be something from Spyro 1? Can't think of much else besides speedways though. Fastest boss kills might be cool actually.
