Just a discussion of what you would like to see happen in Spyro's story.

I think siblings. Plain and simple, whenever they try to make Spyro have a lover (i.e. Ember) it just appears goofy. Spyro isn't about a dragon seeking to lose his virginity, he's on a quest to save the world. His bond to save his friends shouldn't be for love but for friendship. Someone shouldn't do courageous acts just out of love.

I think love is a topic that should be handled with care......making it all the better for a game, also... sibling love each other too, heck, I see people [no names....... ANTHONY!] who would take a lover over a brother..but that's a dieing breed, everything is becomming family oreinted [maybe that's because in "the Dirty South" were allowed to mary our family...][I have 2 retarded cosins and 3 deaformed ones....creepy]

Id say love, i mean Cynder and Spyro are perfect for each other. They were both in trouble when the dark armys attacked, they both servived, They both thought differently of each other when Cynder was changed into her little form.

I definitely say lovers, but not until their older. The games are certainly setting up that Spyro, at least, has feelings for her (and they may be deeper than he's willing to admit). At the moment, they're both still friends, but they really haven't had a chance to be anything other than that. The groundwork for them being lovers has certainly been laid, though.

they are going to be lovers because it is already obvious that spyro has feelings for her (in TEN) and not sibling fellings, no real fellings for her and that will only grow intto somthing more...

Well Krome Are probably going to Make them lovers, but in my opinion, They cant be siblings because Krome obviously would've pointed that out, and really should they be lovers, well i dont know, So far She's the only dragon she's seen his age, so he doesn't really know if they are many other fish in the sea, maybe spyro and her have different interests.

This is the first time that Spyro has had a crush on some one, Remember in AHT it was the oother way around. Also Hunter was mentioned in TEN, Remember when Mole_Yair sneaks a letter to Spyro while in imprisoned?

And thats proof that The Krome games are not going to put the insomniac games after their series.

Ratchet,While there is no explicit statement by Spyro revealing his feelings, it is obvious by his actions that he has feelings for her, After all, when told by the Chronicler that when the DM returns, she will return to him, Spyro becomes determined to prevent that. What reason, other than strong attachment to that person, would compel someone do do that?

Even the Ape king played off of how much Spyro liked Cynder [look in the second to last cutscean, right before fighting the Ape king, sadily I cant remember the word he used...even Sparks had trouble with the word that Monkey used!]

I believe the word he used was "amity". Dictionary.com defines it thus: friendship; peaceful harmony. So, at the very least, they are friends and there are hints (at least on Spyro's end) that it could easily become more.

I've say it before and I'll say it again, apparently: amity means strong friendship or harmony. This doesn't mean there aren't strong feelings between Spyro and Cynder (he's done some really stupid things for her sake big_smile ).

Also, they are not related. That was a mistake. Chris Wilson corrected it publicly.

He did. The people at Amaze had a miscommunication with Krome when they were making the handheld games and didn't realize that Spyro and Cynder were never related. It was completely Amaze's fault that that bit of misinformation came to be.
