I'd say half each. He does offer some useful things, but he only ever looks out for himself, which certainly doesn't make him a friend. Still, his intentions aren't ill toward Spyro, so he isn't an enemy.

I think moneybags is my 'enemy' (although that seems like an extreme word) because he is greedy for the gems.

Moeybags really isn't my enemy, just really, REALLY, annoying. He's just trying to make a living (even if its by being a nuisence to the dragon society...)

He's also the only bear I know that sells haiku, AND owns a Lizard Buger stand!
