As he was about to write the next statement, he fell on the floor, breathless from laughing. And soon enough, he stopped laughing, and looked around him. "I can't believe I actually thought up of that. I was supposed to say that to someone else, hah. But..." Realizing that he was still talking to Cailean, he quickly stopped. "Uh, never mind. Ah, what next?"

"Our next test, is logic." Cailean said, recomposing himself. "I will give you a puzzle and you shall attempt to solve it. We shall start. I have 7 different kinds of food. Of each of those seven I have another 9. 20% of eack of those foods ar rotten. How many foods can I still eat? Take your time, we are in no rush." Kamui started to think.

"Heh, is this math or something." He started to think. "If we did this, 20% of 9 is somewhere within the lost ranges of 1.8, and 20% of 7 is within the lost ranges of 3 halves... OK wait." He begins to think of something different. "I eat anything... wait, that was just stupid. I eat anything, and rotten foods CAN be eaten, with a negative effect. If 9+ 1 of each seven... 10 of 7s... which can be simplified to 10 x 7... is... 70." He thinks again. "...stupid. I'm talking to a human. They never eat rotten food or they will die. 20% of 70 is... 14. So was it 56 that you were looking for?" Unnoticing, he wrote random equations on the floor.

"Yes, that is the correct answer." Cailean then continued to test Kamui using various puzzles until Kamui complained that if he had to figure out another equation his head would explode. On that note, Cailean decided that they were finished with logic. It was clear that the wolf could think as logically as any human. Or dragon for that matter. "Good, that is excellent." Cailean let him just rest for about 5 minutes. After that time, Cailean said something that Kamui was both confused and shocked at.
"Kamui, have you ever loved and lost someone?"

"...what?" Kamui couldn't let a proper face out. "...honestly..." but then the unidentifiable look on Cailean's eyes continued to stir out Kamui's memories. "...I don't want to remember! Gets me go frozen for 3 days..." But then, looking away, he saw an illusion of a wolf he saw long ago... which looked like:

Some memories entered into Kamui's head. Right now, he couldn't look into anywhere. He sat down, faced the floor with head's down, with a serious and blank face. He's mumbling to himself. "...It's Darenot. Was it... was she really the one wherein I said that I'll stop the morbidity of the world we lived in? But what am I doing recently is merely defying what I promised... It should still be fulfilled even if she is gone... I lost her in the flames... In the clutches of the wretched humans... but right now, I'm with someone I can rely on. Hopefully, my promise is not broken and I can still do it, not just for her, but for everyone I care for." ...Especially the one who will help me achieve this objective..."

He then stood up, faced the dragon with a blank face and sounded normal. "..I, couldn't say much... I just can't... but thanks to you, I'm not feeling that depressed at all. You reminded me that I'm not alone, and there's always someone I can always lean on to."(I couldn't avoid the statement 'thanks to you' because it would make the sentence non-sensical! And yes, that someone that Kamui can always lean to refers to the dragon he is talking to right now. ROFL, sorry for the twistedness) He then looked back into the horizon and made an illusion to just humor himself for a while and make him normal-emotioned. "So, what now?"

"There is only one more test that we need attempt today. And that is...combat." Kamui's eyes lit up slightly. Maybe he would be able to show that he was more powerful than Cailean. It was something anyways. To Kamui's dismay however, Cailean streched forth a paw, and muttered a few words. A large sword fell into Cailean's outstreched hand. "You will fight with fang and abilities, I shall fight with my blade. Take up a stance you like." Kamui did so. the two stayed like, staring into the others eyes, each trying to stear down the opponent. Long they stood there, nearly 1 hour before Kamui lost patience. He lunged at the dragon with an almighty cry of frustration. A lifetime seemed to pass, though in reality it was but a few seconds. Cailean moved out of the way with the grace and ease of a bird on the wind. Twisting, he brought the sword to strike at Kamui's exposed side. The challenge succeeded, and Kamui fell bleeding to the ground. A groan of pain was heard from Kamui. Cailean quickly raised a paw and muttered an incantasion. A glow surrounded Kamui. When the light dimmed once more, the blood was gone and the wound had healed. There was no trace of a scar. Cailean let out a pant of exhaustion. "Usually, I would...not have healed the...scar as well, but...there is no point in...maiming a body such as yours." Kamui looked at the place where he had been struck. It felt numb. Pointing this out to Cailean, the dragon replied, "It will remain numb for a few hours. That was strong magic I used, possibly enough to bestow upon you an infantesimal amount of healing powers. Though not enough to stop you from bleeding excessively, just enough to heal very small bruises and cuts." Kamui stared down at the ground. How could he have been hit?! As if he was reading his mind (and he probably was LOL) Cailean said to Kamui, "You were filled with frustration and did not remain calm. You let impatience rule your mind. Tomorrow, we shall study patience, as it needs to be done if you are to survive. Until then, we both need to eat and sleep. I need heat as well, so we shall travel to my house. Come, let us walk out into the night. My home is not far. And there is plenty to hunt in the forest that surrounds my home." Kamui got up and walked out of the cave with Cailean still thinking...and wondering...

LOL, sickness IS the best part feeling inside an RP, HAH!

Kamui left the cave with a blank face on him. He was speaking to his thoughts. "...patience. Probably, I underestimated the value of time. But... I was trained for 1 year in Zekira's ranch before I ran away, wherein even Falgaron said that it's best to finish something so quick. But... maybe not." He thinks deeper. "...when Jida always fights Zekira, it does take them about 90 minutes before something actually happens. There's something that they feel, I just don't know what. But... one time, Zekira did shoot quickly, but even then did Jida actually evade and made a quick strike on him, but Zekira also evaded, then another 'staring competition'..." he thinks more about the other experiences he witnessed. "...but how could I forget, my battle with Artemus! We did stand still for a moment, and was walking around the arena, as if analyzing each other... but I remained confident. I was filled with a golden aura. It was the last battle in that competition match..." He stopped thinking after this. "That's it. It has to be always that I'm not over-concentrated. But over-confidence also is a dangerous things... each time Zekira trains me to be able to survive more than 2 hours in front of him, I run too fast in such a way that I still get stabbed after 39 minutes..." He then looked at the dragon. "...this isn't that proper... I'm feeling the same feeling that I had when I first saw him. What's the matter with me is I don't know, but probably this is what I'm really supposed to feel... if I really want to know my own power." He then looked at the blade, and saw something that was probably a mind-trick. "...what... Falgaron?" He just had to say out loud. The dragon suddenly looks at Kamui, and Kamui instantly replied "Oh, nothing. Just drowning my thoughts right now.", and the dragon looked forward into their destination. But Kamui didn't stop staring at the blade. And later, he heard from his memory a teaching he finally remembers, and it was from his brother. "Power, it's one of our strongest enemies. It's what we have, it's what we intook. But how did we get these powers are not within our decision. And now it infests us with the joy of morbidity. Kamui, remember that you control yourself. You control what you have. You control what you do. You control what lies ahead of you. You control... your destiny... and... if you continue to be such a lustful(wait, don't get the wrong idea of that word! I DID, *bleep* IT! being, then your destiny would fall into the wrong pit. Remember always, Balas Reeb, Enot Lobes, Powa endo Isporat, gorito dan widonesa." He payed full attention to what he heard from his memories, and murmured to himself the last statement he heard. "Cool Inside, Hot Outside, Power and Spirit, Greater than Wildness..." He then repeated it, but acidentally said it out loud. "Greater than Wildness!" then, he suddenly put one of his paws heavily on the ground, eventually getting it stuck. "Uh, hey... mind helping me out here? My hand, um...(NEEDS ANOTHER ONE NEAR IT?! NO! OF COURSE NOT!)carelessly stepped by itself..."

Cailean stared with a look on his face as if to say stop-talking-to-yourself-it-is-unnerving-me-slightly-but-I'll-help-you-out-anyways and helped pull Kamui out of the ground. A little too forcefully, as they both fell backwards, Kamui's heavy frame resting on Cailean's back. "Ka-mui, geroff me!!" Cailean managed to say with his face in the grass. Kamui obliged. "Please don't get yourself stuck in the mud again, I don't really want to end up with you on-top of me again"* Brushing the mud off his cloak, he began to walk again, the sword abaondoned on the ground. Kamui turned to call after Cailean, but heard a wooshing sound which cut him off. Looking back, he noticed that the sword had disappeared.

"... common, I've noticed this before..." Kamui wasn't surprised that the sword was gone. Apparently, he saw this a lot of times before. "Sorry if that's been a disturbance, but there's too many things playing in my mind right now, and I can't talk to you about it... not just yet..." was all he can say. They were still walking towards their destination. Kamui was thinking that something quite complicated. "Everything that's been happening to me must have a symbolization. The fact that my paw got stuck in the ground means that something different happens within me."

After a further 5 minutes, they both arrived at a place Cailean knew well; his home. A small building, more a cottage than anything, stood in a small glade in one of the deeper parts of the forest. Raising a paw, Cailean mumbled a few hard to hear words, and the door swung open. "After you," were the only words spoken, a small grin on the mouth of the dragon. Kamui took a few wary steps inside, then stood stunned at what he saw. Pbviously it was a trick. He blinked once...twice. The image stayed the same. Kamui slumped on the floor and gazed in awe at the enormous hallway. Cailean's home was highly deceptive. On the outside, it looked to be no more than 20 feet long, 16 feet wide. On the inside, there were no limits. Cailean stepped in behind Kamui and closed the door. Looking forward, he saw the wolf lying in a heap on his luxuriously soft carpeted floor. Ahead of him were two staircase, one leading to the western, the other to the eastern wing of the seemingly infinately large building. Two doors on either side of the room lead off the hall in to seperate rooms. Walking over to Kamui, he helped lift the wolf back onto his feet. One sentence from Kamui confirmed what Cailean thought had tripped him up. "It's bigger on the inside..." Cailean threw back his head and laughed. "Yes, Welcome to my home Kamui. Please, take tim to have a look around."

It's bigger on the inside... made me think something else. XDDDDDDDDD

Kamui looked carefully at the house and sniffed the floor a bit. "...this is not right, even though I know that this is one of the 'not-rights' that exists." he speaks to his mind. He tries to go up the east stairs and sees if it connects in any way to the westward. He is having a hard time to go up. "I can't jump high enough to prevent from getting tired... this staircase was designed for feet!" was his reaction. As he continues to go up, eventually he got tired, and is still seeing no signs of the end of the staircase. "Darn... when does this end?" he says tiringly. He then looked to the right, where there is a lot of space. And what he saw convinced him that this was no ordinary house. "...no way..." was his reaction, as he saw several staircases leading to different parts of the house. The rooms seemed to be secured very tightly that even the strongest smash couldn't open it. "...this reminds me of JIda and Verjan, heh. Makes me feel like I'm inside infinite again..." was his small reaction. "...maybe if I mess around a bit, I could actually get somewhere..." he says, and then goes through the wind running... running fast with the power of lightning, about 198 kph. WHen he got to the bottom of the staircase, he got a bit frustrated. "...this wasn't the *bleep* stair-end a while ago. What the heck, I seem to be lost." said his frustrated voice. "...very well then, I shall continue to 'mess around' for a while and see if I can find the entrance..." he continued. He then gave a quick loud gracious howl, as if giving him the power to run long, and he continued to speed in 198kph through the house. If looked from the space between the stairs, he's repeatedly going up and down through the different stairs that he accidentally found. 1 minute later (so he travelled around 3.2km), he bumped into something, something that he had a bad feeling of he's gonna get shouted at. "Uh oh... sorry for that. I think my horns hit you?"

A groan of pain sounded from the crumpled figure on the ground. "Ka...mui, youshould be...glad you didn't hit me...a few inches lower." Kamui hastily backed of as Cailean shakily rose to his feet once more. "What were you doing anyway!" Kamui leapt into his story. When he had finished, Cailean said tersly "If you ever get lost, howl. I will find you. Come, I'll show you to your room." Before he could do anything however, a small dragon came running towards him. "Hello Robert, what are you up to?" The small dragon ran up and hugged Cailean. "Mr. Cailean, It's snowing outside!! Isn't that sooo cool!" Cailean smiled widely "Yes, that's wonderful. Where are your brothers?" "They're outside Mr, playing in the snow." "Go and join them, little one, and have fun." The little dragonling smiled and ran off to join his brothers. "No, Kamui, they are not my children. I found them lying out in the cold in my journeies through the dragon realms. They were cold and starved of food, so I brought them back here with me. Thery have no parents anymore, they were both killed in a terrible attack by an evil spirit. I have raised them as my own, all 3 of them. I just don't have the heart to send them away. And really they are quite cute." A small smile appeared on both Cailean's and Kamui's face as they thought their own private thoughts. "Now, Let me show you to your room." And they set off

I don't wanna look..." says Kamui, still recovering from the noxiousness of the unusually confusing house. He had his eyes closed as they were walking so that he doesn't get too sick. But as he had his eyes closed, different visions came to his eyes in the darkness of blindness. Dark and morbid thoughts entered his mind as he sees the bloodline of the dragonling he just saw, and different visions of what was happening outside. The emotions he was feeling was he needed to eat them... his instinct is driving him again. "Haaargh..." he growled softly. He wasn't acting as pure as he was. He's back to his instinctive drive as a lustic wolf. "Must... kill..." he says while growling. Fortunately, it seems that the dragon heard him, and...

Waiting Cailean's actions.

Kamui thudded to the ground as a hand was brought sharply across his face. Cailean it seems was very good at giving out powerful backhanded slaps. Kamui growled low in his chest, and howled in protest. Another - harder - slap across the face. "Control yourself!! Do you remember NAUGHT of what we practiced today? Concentrate!" Another growl, another slap. Kamui's eyes began to water as he returned to normal once more. "I apologize, but...really...pain is the only thing that relieves you sometimes." Helping Kamui up once more, he set off down the hallway once again, leaving a stunned Kamui behind him.

Kamui got back up and continued walking. But right now, he couldn't close his eyes, aware of the danger of what might happen again. So he tried to tolerate the noxiotic vision of the house while walking. But then again, he couldn't tolerate, fell flat on the ground, and didn't move an inch to prevent him from vomitting. "I couldn't walk any further... my eyes play around too much."

I'm expecting something lame to come out of me again next time. Hopefully not, eh.

"It's okay, we have arrived anyway" Cailean stood before a door. It looked a lot plainer than the rest of the house. Kamui edged forward, still attempting not to vomit. Cailean opened the door...and Kamui quickly ran inside and DID vomit. On the grass. For Cailean and Kamui now stood in a forest clearing. A few fodder hopped past. The sky was blue and the trees were alive with the sound of birdsong. Kamui looked over to Cailean, who smiled. "I hope it is to your liking. There is only one way out of here, and it is through this door. Don't stray too far from here, you could easily get lost in here. There is plenty of fodder for you to feast on in here. Take a while to get used to it. I'll be back up in an hour or so. Hope you like it."

"Feels different..." was the wolf's reaction. He was walking around, trying his best not to remove sight of the door. "This really reminds me of Jida. Nature in his house, and what not. Whatever, why is it hot out... I mean, in here?" he wonders.The sun was not present, but the place was visible. It seemed that the 'sky' didn't have clouds. "Heh, I'm not hungry. I don't need to mind these fodders for a while." he said. He sat down innocently, waiting for something. Then when the fodder's gathered around in one place, he suddenly striked at them and killed many of them in a flash. He wanted to drink the blood out of them, obviously, so he was staying long in that place searching for bits of his favorite 'beverage'. "Raw meat... still good."

Eh, couldn't think!

Cailean stood lopsidedly in the cavernous kitchen, drinking from a small glass filled with a foul-smelling alcoholic beverage. "Whisky, what a wonderful drink!" Teleporting up to the room he left Kamui in, he slumped on the grass, giggling softly. Kamui walked up to him. "Hey...er...Kamui!" Kamui sniffed Cailean's breath and recoiled slightly "Cailean, are you drunk?" "Am, I?" Cailean just stared at Kamui "What, you're being really strange." "Has anyone evr tolf you, that you look really attractive?" Kamui stood still. "Cailean, get out of here until you're sober." "Kamui, come here please," "NO!" Kamui took matters into his own hands, and gtabbed the back of Cailean's cloak with his teeth. Dragging him over to the door, he opened it with some difficulty, and threw Cailean out. Cailean looked back as the doors closed. "*bleep*, he's sooo sexy when he's unnerved." Was all Cailean could say before he blacked out.

"Whatever you say, you..." Kamui couldn't finish the sentence, seeing as this isn't the Cailean he knows, and if he continued it, who knows if the dragon's recovered and hears a bit through the door. "Whatever. Now back to hungriness." he says. Gluttony was now his instinct, and he kept on looking for even more fodders to chew on. Later, he easily devoured a sickly fodder that was barely moving. "I thought they ran for their lives. What's wrong with thi-..." he said with an unfinished sentence. He then coughed quite loudly, about 6 times. It's as if there was something blocking his throat. After the 6th cough, a huge chunk of Altina Alloy came out of his mouth. "What's this... maybe came from the fodder I ate. Whatever, I'm keeping this." he says, and keeps it in his mouth. He then approaches the door, and sat in front of it, waiting for something to happen, as he needs some explanation as to why such a precious substance exists here. After 8 minutes, he was impatient. "Ah, what the hell, what am I waiting for." he says, and opens the door. But it wasn't opening fully, there was something blocking the doorway.

I bet you know what was right there. Kamui did throw the dragon out brutally.

Cailean's eyes slowly blinked open. Something heavy was lying on his chest. Something quite comfortable in fact. Cailean looked up, trying to stave of the wave of nausia that engulfed him whenever he moved his head. Kamui's head was resting on his chest. 'Aw, he looks so peaceful when he sleeps.' thought Cailean. As such, he didn't bother to move, but just let Kamui sleep on. His thoughts turned to other things, but quickly stopped from the headache that it gave him. Instead, he busied himself by twirling his fingers through the sleeping wolf's surprisingly soft fur. A wolfish sort of half-pur slowly sounded from Kamui. Cailean smiled. 'He really is cute when he sleeps.' Kamui slowly opened one eye, then blinked open another, then jumped to his feet. "WHAT THE!!" Cailean grabbed his head in an attempt to stop the ringing in his ears. "WHAT WERE YOU DOING!!" "STOP IT!! YOU WERE THE ONE SLEEPING ON TOP OF ME!" "WHAT'S THAT GOT TO DO WITH IT? YOU WERE THE ONE STROKING MY FUR!" "OKAY OKAY, I'M SORRY! I DIDN'T MEAN IT. And besides," He added more to himself than to Kamui "You were really comfortable there anyways. I didn't want to disturb you." Kamui looked for a second, then stalked off down the hallway trying to clear his head. Cailean just lay there. 'Never again will I drink whisky, if this is to be the outcome.' and he fell asleep again.

"Heh, what a snorer." was all the wolf had to said. "...I think my tiredness point is also nearing it's arrival... better let it so that I can wake up in 6 hours, exactly striking midnight." he said. He then quickly sprinted around the hallway back and forth in full speed to consume most of the energy he still had left inside him. He sprinted for about 3 more minutes until he got tired. He was walking really worn out on the last few steps, not knowing where he was going. "Sleep mode... in process..." he said panting, then he fell flat on the ground, into a sleep. But he didn't land on the floor. For some reason, everytime he tried to sleep recently, he never landed on the floor.

And it's obvious where he landed, heh. I think the reaction here is Cailean will get confused, IMO. But never mind, awaiting your next move.

Cailean opened an eye as Kamui slumped on top of him. "Just go to sleep...Kamui...you must be...tired." Kamui shifted himself to get a bit more comfortable on top of the dragon and closed his eyes. Just before he fell asleep, he felt Cailean wrap his arms around his waist. 'Oh well, he IS quite comfortable after all' were Kamui's thoughts before he went to sleep. They both slept soundly for a time, both dreaming pleasent dreams. Then, Cailean's dreams became nightmares. He was falling, falling forever to an uncertain fate. He was going to die in the darkness! He was going t be smothered by evil...then he woke up. '...bad dream.' he thought 'Well, I best get up and make some coffee. I could use it!' As he shuffled down to the kitchens, he looked back at Kamui. He looked so peaceful. Man, he was gonna be sore when he woke up from sleeping on the floor. Well, there was nothing either could do about it now. Cailean continued down to the kitchens.

Kamui still lay down there, asleep, probably waiting for 12:00 AM to strike the night. He was dreaming odd dreams, as if the wind had something to do with him. He was in an icy field that wasn't as cold, but was very windy. He was standing still there as he looks around, finding different illusions of him. It seemed that he played around with his wind power too much such that he couldn't find himself. Then later, he saw one of the illusions that looked like him walk towards him. But he controls his illusions... this isn't certainly him. It was an illusion of his brother Falgaron, walking towards him. Still in the dream, Kamui couldn't say anything and just put up a blank face. Then Falgaron's illusion walk past him, passing through. As the illusion passed through, Kamui's sight followed along. There, he found Falgaron walking beside another creature. It was a human, Kamui's most hated being. Kamui put on a serious face while looking at them, but then the illusion of the human turned around it's head, making it quite clear to Kamui what he looked like. His face suddenly changed from serious to amazement with what he saw. "Zekira...? It can't be... he's gone. He's transported to another far away realm... Fal couldn't possibly have followed him..." Kamui then thought. "...then what... what is really my intention in here? What is this telling me?" he continues to think, then starts to be frozen in the middle of the field. As Kamui was still dreaming, the wolf didn't have the same presence he had. Possibly, something else entered him.

YAYNESS FOR LAMENESS. Again, we're back to the lame part. I just hope this won't go as how you predicted it would... that thought should be kept to ourselves.
