A few announcements...

I have a few announcements I am going to put in this post...

First off I would like to congratulate all of spyroforum, we have just received our one thousandth member registration. We are THE largest spyro fan forum on the internet. (Yes, I know not every one of those members are active.)

On a second note, The Legend of Spyro 3 has been announced! I have already created another forum for it under "Upcoming Games", so be sure to check it out and give your thoughts! By the way, Cynder is playable smile The devs must have heard you guys!

And also, I have created a new subforum for the Spyro Movie!

It will likely also be for Wii, and if it is like their other games coming out in the fall Ps2 as well.

Why are you basing the size of this forum off the number of members? =/ Some of those inactive members with no posts could probably be deleted, unless you're keeping them just so you can brag about how many members your forum has.

Holy Sh*t a lot has happened since my little vacation from the forums.

This is AWESOME! and here I was...sulking over the movie and Spyro 3 because I thought we wouldn't get some info on them until summer.

In my opinion that nifty peice of work you have up on Spyro World just looks like a fine piece of fanart.
Where exaxtly did you get the info on TLOS 3?
Never mind I'll just look for it myself. Until then you all know me by now. I'm not going to believe it until I see some official proof.

On a lighter note. Congrats Spyro Forum of your 1000 members.
Sure it's not anything compared to other forums out there for like pokemon and naruto but thats great for Spyro.

*Crys out with joy* This is the best day i have ever had!!!! First it startes with my Gf saying that she loves me and that she couldnt want any one more then me, now we have news that Cynder is playable in the next game! Some one pinch me or slam my head in the wall because i think i passed out and went to heaven!

1000 members.. not bad guys. true, when you delete the dead accounts that wil provbably knock off 50 or so, but we will officially have 1000 mem,mbers. When I joined, we had whast , 300 posters, Amazing how many posters cabn sign up in a years time..

I'm not going to bother to count inactive members but I'm sure it's considerably more than 50. =/ Whatever floats your boat, though.

I will not delete any user accounts, I was deleting inactive accounts at the start of spyroforum but I decided to let them be encase they ever consider returning. It doesn't really bother anyone that they are there.

This isn't just to defend the forum but it isn't right to delete inactive accounts. I have had accounts at sites where I don't visit for three years and then just go back spontaneously. One such site was a Mario forum. I was active in Summer 2005 but then dropped out of existence until last month. I was happy to see my account still there. I would have been angry if it had been deleted.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised how many people signed up just to lurk. You can't few a lot of boards here without membership so people probably signed up just to be able to view those boards but don't post.
