When this movie comes out i want it to end like this:

Cynder tells Spyro how she really feels for him. When she tells him Spyro hugs her gently and they stare into space, finally earning their freedom.
That would be such a nice ending.

Well right now all we know is that this movie is based around the first game ANB...so their shouldn't be anything that involves Cynder and Spyro admitting feelings towards each other......but who knows.

True....but I really don't count that as any kind of romantic moment lol...more like a tad of friendship after spending the entire movie trying to kill him.

Is the upcoming Spyro film going to be split into three movies? I'm asking that because there are three games in TLOS and i would of thought the movies would be split into three too.

I hope not though. If the entire trilogy is in one film then it'll probably last for about three or four hours.

That has been a very large speculation. Right now it is unknown just how they are going to approach the LoS series with the movie. As far as we know the first one is based around ANB alone....and until further notice that's all we know.

If the first one has any success I can imagine they would do two more...but right now we don't know. I wouldn't like to see them cram it all into one movie.

I do reckon the first spyro movie will be a huge success.
It's a very popular game so many people will watch it.
I just hope they make it in 2D aswell.

As far as we know it's set for 3-D release. Which I think is a very bad idea...but that's just me.

Yeah I Also Think It's A Bad Idea. Unless They Confirm That They're Also Doing It In 2D.
If They Only Did It In 3D Then They Wouldn't Be Using Their Heads.

I agree with you on this one, cause of how everyone else is puting it, it seems like only me and you will truly love the movie for two reasons. Reason one: Because we all love Spyro. Reason two: We wont stop loving him even if it is bad. So it shouldn't matter what you think the movie is going to be like, just be glad that they are really doing this not just for you, but for Spyro lovers everywere.

Ok, tbh, I'm cautiously optimistic they won't at least royally screw this up.

Although when I think of all the other video-game based movies made over the years... ugh. (DooM was one, lol) Maybe I'm being too optimistic, seeing that this IS spyro.

if you've ever seen a movie based on a game (I have), then you know that this genre tends to be covered in failsauce. Filmakers have to walk the line between the mainstream audience and the fans, and often ended ticking both sides off.

The reason is that game stories are written to be played, not watched. They don't have the depth that a movie has because when you're playing a game you don't play for the story. Mario 64 is a fun game to play, but it's too simplistic to make into a film.

Combine those weaknesses with a filmaker no one's ever heard of, and it's a recipe for trouble.

However, LoS has certainly focused on character development. In fact, it's quite possible that this movie had been planned along with the game series as part of a larger media franchise right from the start, which would explain the sacrifice of gameplay in favor of art assets and storylines. So we'll have to see.
