OOC: Mephiles had a mind control on Fire, who he brought back up to ARK to fight Silver, but Fire resisted and was killed by Mephiles.

Mephiles: *chuckles* That fool. He was trying to show those dragons how a Chaos Emerald makes Chaos Control more powerful, that it brought him up here. When I blasted him into the stasis pod, he still had it on him, as well as when I brought him up here. Oh, how lucky I am.

Control! *warps Silver, Blaze, Antr, Amy and Fire's body back to the group* Well, that takes care of them for a while. *throws the Emerald in the air, only to have nothing fall in his hand. He realizes that...* I've warped the Chaos Emerald with them!

Sonic: I don't think he meant to, the Emerald's power probably made Chaos Control more powerful and brought the Emerald with us. I doubt he's strong enough without it, to teleport it back to him.
