Access to site is spotty
Two times today, when I tried to get on both the wiki and this forum, an error message popped up saying I had exceeded my CPU quota. I got on fine tonight, but I just wanted to let you guys know in case anyone else is experiencing the same problem. If the problem is on my end, please let me know how to fix it.
