OOC: Sorry guys.... Mum turned the computer off at the mains 'cos I was on and she wanted to sleep (the computer is in my parents' room)

*By now Gem had already sealed the wound up and the horrible smell of burnt flesh was in the air. Gem was now digging*
Gem: *Hears them coming but doesn't look up* Hey Aura, so what you think of my idea?

Gem: Looking for rock to melt into diamond....... I have to find coal...... Lots of carbon in it...... Diamond is made up of carbon....... AHA! *she pulls up a hefty load of coal, her whole body is black from the coal, she sets it down* So? What do you think? Could you make lots of hinges? I could make a big piece of diamond, smash it up, then we could make a limb out of tiny pieces of diamond, pieced together like this they will still move freely but will be stronger than any metal.....

Gem: I mean, loads of tiny ones, to join loads of different pices of crystal together..... Like chain-mail armour.... And yes, you have to know just how to do it..... The art of turning coal into diamond has been passed down in my colony for generations...... Its finally my chance to contribute to the group....

Gem: Dunno yet...... I will when I start making it though...... Theres plenty of metal around here..... Over to the North a couple of yards is a place where there was an armoury...... That should be enough...... *grabs a mouthful of coal and she glows red*

*Gem spits out the now molten diamond and then gets another mouthful of coal.....

OOC: Okie dokie..... Lol, I was having trouble figuring out just how she was gonna join the pieces together anyways lol! XD

*Gem help up the finished leg, her paws were covered in nasty burns and her eyes were bloodshot and teary from the heat and smoke... But it was finished, it looked like a sculpture. The hinges were too small to see and she had heated the diamond so it had tiny microfractures inside, giving it a clouded look. The whole thing moved but was rigid when pressed upon, so it wouldn't give way when Fenris stood on it or hit something.*
Gem: There..... I would make it so that we could insert a nerve and he could move it himself but I don't have sufficient knowledge to do that..... My Father would but hes dead..... Anyways, who is gona attach it to his leg?

Aura sighed again and shoved the limb into Fenris's stump, peicing the seared flesh and ingrating it. "Fantastic...I don't have to attach the nerves! Something must've attached them..." She said happily.
