Finally, someone who agrees with me on that! People today are so shallow about their consoles that they won't like it if it doesn't have a blu-ray disc player or internet or some of that extra crap. I bought a GAME console, I'm gonna play GAMES on it. Funny enough, people tend to spend more time surfin' the web on their PS3s than they do actually gaming (it's called a PC. Yeah, it is better). Not to mention the controllers they make, which are far superior to any other company's controllers... totally off the subject, but I just wanted to put that out there.

Anyways, I agree with S-F-D. (Malefor = Sauron, btw). Seriously, the story is pretty much the same. And, yes, Krome did do a pretty good job at first, but then, of course, someone else comes along and totally rapes it. Now, don't get me wrong, it's worth playing, but that's about it.

The reason I like DOTD is cuz I get satisfaction from beating the everloving bejesus out of everything that breathes. But then again, I have Devil May Cry for that. Oh well, kill 'em anyway!

The main and maybe only big reason I don't like this game is because of freakin spyro's voice. You think he would have hit puberty and actually sound like he was tryin to act well by now.....

I like Elijah Wood but he didn't do so well in this game. I would've chosen David Tennant as Spyro. Also Alan Rickman for Malefor and Robert Coltrane for somebody.

Or, Apoc, instead of someone else as Malefor, they could have left Mark Hamill's voice unaltered. From a little video clip of him practicing one of Malefor's lines, I found that single line in his natural voice ten times as chilling as all of Malefor's lines in that computer-altered voice.

David Tennant for almost anybody is a good choice.

Pretty cool, I also would've kept his natural voice. But looking at the game, bad graphics??? What??? If that was on a PC that would be classed as DX10 graphics, the graphics were awesome. But enough about looks, I want it on the Wii. I want the whole trilogy, y'know, see what it's REALLY like.

I do have to agree that it was clich'e... but the question is what isn't? I stopped acussing things of that a little while back.

The camera was annoying as heck though... unexcusable but ignorable..

Edit: You can get tEN and DotD on Wii...

I lobe daid tennant but him voicing spyro, WTF is he gonna do time lord them to death, the reason Elija wood was so bad was because EL were rushed and name gave him motivation so he souned like wood.

Elijah wood was so bad because hes not a voice actor and only knows how to play one type of character. They used him in happy feet because, like spyro, they wanted to have A class voicea ctors to boost the popularity. And Mumble was the type of character elijah plays. Spyro was not.

I watched the whole of DoTD on Youtube, just to see why everybody thought it was bad. It didn't look too bad I would still get it on the Wii just for the hell of it.

probably the only reason ppl like this game is cause most of those ppl never really played the 1st 3 or r just at a young age so they prob think its sumthing new this game is not a 10/10 id say its a d:</10 only ppl that grewd up playin the 1st 3 know ther da best so d:<

Yeah, which is rather unfortunate. I only started playing Spyro in January. And that was the first Spyro game, I finished it. I wouldn't mind giving DOTD a go but my fave is still TEN.

It's definitely worth playing. The wii version probably has the best controls of all of them, but the worst graphics, next to PS2.

I voted no, because I think nothing can beat the first three games.
Ofcourse there is good things about this game too. I especially liked multiplayer and flying long distances.
