Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
1-hit-KO? Even at the minimum health bar it should have taken at least two hits for the elite to kill you. I don't understand?

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
That is kinda strange...the only one that ever knocked me out in about one hit was the Elite hero orc in the Burning Lands...but that still took two hits.

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
Well as said before...it might depend on the amount of health upgrades that you have and such...but even then I still don't think one of the elite enemies could take you out in one hit...unless they had some kind of attack that I didn't notice that could do so.....but I made it past of them just fine...

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
Well having a strategy guide really helps as well lol..but even then they screwed up writing that so don't trust it very much if you do have one lol..

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
Yeah I do wish that certain things like that were explained a little bit better...even the overall history of what has happened in the world would have opened things up a little bit...instead of keeping things so linear and such...more open play and much more ways to get involved with the world around you....I think it would have drastically helped.

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
Pretty much...at least it would have kinda been more of an open world like the original games were...then they could have had a pretty good combination..

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
Well I wouldn't go that far lol...for any game to reach number one these days it is either a really intense shooter or some really popular RTS game...but it would have def made the game more interesting...and would have helped garner more support for any sequel that they could produce.

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
Well I think that no matter what they do produce it will never climb to number one...unless they came up with a really perfect forumla for the next game that would please all of the new fans..old fans...reveiwers...and people who have never even played the game before. If they ever had something like that then it would be a real miracle.

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
I defeated an Elite enemy, which I though I had to use Ice to take the mask off. But I discovered it was a wind mask. I believed these enemies should been called Mini Boss or something.

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
Well it would have been nice if they had a boss for every stage instead of the elites....but there was only what....two bosses in the whole game.....I don't count the Destroyer seeing as how that was a whole level in itself...but the Golem and then Malefor...that was it....but the elites were a cool concept...some of the masks were screwed up though.

Re: Elite Enemies -- an eternity and a half?
Yeah that would prolly make everyone feel a little bit better...they should include some of the smaller elements that were involved in the older games...that way they could at least increase the size of the games themselves and still manage to somewhat cater to most fans...I wouldn't mind it anyways.
