Yay! I finally completed Spyro The Dragon - the first time ever!

Now I've successfully completed all three original games, and I'm so happy! Spyro The Dragon was by far the hardest of the three, and looking back now it could be the best in the series; although my favourite is Spyro 2.

I just loved Gnasty's Loot at the end, seeing the sea of Purple Gems smile .

Yeah I think Spyro the Dragon is the best out of the series. It has more of an exploration feel to it than the other two. I remember when I first beat the game I kept playing Gnasty's Loot over and over even after I had beaten it.

the originals rule! especially the first one my favourite lvl is gnasties loot chasing down those thieves and collecting teh gems they rock !!

This game was by far the best Spyro released....while overall it kept the player involved with the gameplay and such....it entertained just about anyone who truly wished to try...the story lacked..but the rest made up for it beyond any doubt.

Well it was just the perfect blend...released at the perfect time...and look what it gets ya...a lasting legacy lol...what few shortcomings the game had were more then overlooked for its quality.

i doubt even if an original spyro game was made it wouldnt b the same as the original

Congrats, I thought that game was pretty easy to complete.

I would say its my third favorite out of the originals.

Trust me no other Spyro game will be like the original lol..that's impossible...I wouldn't even enjoy a remake if they did one...I stick to the classics.

I dunno.... i always get that nice feeling playing spyro the dragon, but i tough it was only a nostalgic feeling... and, the other ones looks better. I really get confused with that 0o (i realized that when i finished it again 3 days ago ¬¬)

Well it's all going to come down to personal preference in the end...but the original will always be the best to me. Even though I do like some other ones very very much as well.

Well of course to some LoS is a flop yes....but seeing as how it has drawn more fans to the character as a whole and has kept things rolling in some direction then I can't complain.

yep and thats good it didnt go wrong other wise that would anger just original spyro fans even more bt all in all we both like spyro no matter which group we r wiv caus ethere r 3 i can c
1. TLOS fans
2. Original fans
3. TLOS and original spyro fans (which im one)

Well of course they are going to try and keep the fans together...even though they already shoved a wedge between them. At least they made the goodwill gesture...maybe they will try harder in the future to work on a concept all fans can enjoy.

yeh thats true bt i think as they bovered to do that they might probaly do other things now to show they actually might care 4 spyro and its fans so mabye we will c much more care 4 spyro from sierra in the future hopefully

I hope that we do man....I really do hope that Sierra will put a little more into the series now that they received somewhat of a positive response in these last three lackluster games....they really should work harder with them.

yeh but mabye as they didnt do a lot, and it was successful they wont bother to make it mroe detailed that is always the downside
