I think the forum looks fine the way it is without adding extra code.

Also, I believe the CSS codes to change scrollbar colors only works in IE.

Don't worry about telling me how to add stuff to my forum, I am fluent in CSS, Javascript, HTML, and PHP.

Coloured scroll bars are annoying.
