Friend/Block list?
could you add a friend/block list to the forum?

It's not needed on the forum. With the community we have a friend list doesn't have much point since you can just use the Private Message feature to get in touch with one another. The issue has been brought up before and the community voted that one was not needed. As for the blocking that also isn't necessary, for if you have an issue with a particular member just bring it to a moderators attention and we will solve the problem for you.
