All users are allowed the same rights as any other. If you want access to a group then you have to send a Private Message to the site administrator Spyrorocks. He will add you to the special group in which you want to join.

You can do that, or click on the Usergroups link at the top of the page, choose the group you wish to join, and click join group to ask from there.

Actually, I think there was a post limit before you are able to post in guestbooks. I think it was 10.

Yep, you have to have at least 10 posts on here in order to post in the guestbook. I've heard people talk about it before.
