I've been back around here for awhile now, but I thought that I'd start to get posting a bit more now and so I am now officially announcing my return smile But I might have to leave again for ages on Tuesday.

I got more announcement, I won't be back till sometime in summer 2011 to possibly the beginning of 2012.

Due to my website. After it's released (which is August), I got to spend a lot of time on it before and after it's release.

I finally made a new news post today, but for the most part, I'm very busy these days and don't have time for the site.

When this site began, I wasn't hardly even in high school - I had no homework, and endless free time.

I also had long summer months of working in an office with internet access where I could do stuff on the site in between assisting customers.

Now I'm in college, have actual homework, and my summer is not only shorter but not always in an office with internet - many times I have no computer access.

I once had so many ideas for this site that I worked with other members to try to make a reality - the wiki, an image gallery, spyrohelp.com (an all-video tutorial site versus a text-based one) spyrohistory.com (as the name implies, all about the Spyro development history.) - both of those domains were purchased, but then the licenses expired.

I tried to maintain routine news posts, even if it was just an old Spyro-related youtube video that I wanted to share. I began to have less time in my senior year of high school, as witnessed by contest contenders who noticed I wasn't updating the contests anymore.

I still play Spyro (1 through 4) with my friends here at college - and I contact various employees at Activision for information, but there's just not much going on in Spyro's world right now.

I am happy to see the forum hit the 4,000 member marker - the forum continues to grow and that makes me happy. All of you posting, discussing, researching is great - and maybe this site doesn't need a wiki, gallery, history section or video tutorial section - it's healthy as it is.

Anyways, I know I've made posts like this before - but I just wanted to say this site is not forgotten, I still check-in when I can - but there's just not the time to make all my ideas real. Dreamers are not always doers, and I am a prime example of that.

Thanks for keeping the purple dragon alive.
