Re: cool etdf secret

I thought it was 10 fodder for a life? I just replayed Spyro 3, and I'm almost sure it was because I counted. >.>

Ten would make more sense because it is a more round number.  o.O

Re: cool etdf secret

Spyro 2 and 3 - 10 fodder for each life
Spyro 4 - 8 fodder for each life

Hmmm, why would they lower it to 8?  I mean 8 is such a random number in my mind.  10 seems to be the natural thing.

Re: cool etdf secret

Maybe because ETD was meant to be much easier than the previous ones?
I mean, come on! ETD was way too easy and boring, to be honest. Like they wanted to make it easier and playable for children of a lower age... But it isn't. As far as I know I finished S1 for about 65 or 68% (so with lotsa eggs and gems) when I was like 6 or 7... and completed it fully when I was 8.5, and if I can do that, lotsa people can. (please, don't see this as some egoistic comment to tell how good I am, because it's not.)

So that's what I guess why it's 8. Anyway, this is not very new, but still nice to tell.

Yeah, for sure Spyro did not need to be easier.  I beat the original games when I was that age as well.
