Re: A Different Direction
If it was to be true sandbox it means you could do whatever you want, Modify the terrain, Mess around with NPC's etc

That's a game engine... Or Gmod...
A 'true sandbox' isn't where you can do whatever you want. It's a non-linear game with no true objectives or need to do something.

True sandbox is, Game sandbox is something like you said..GTA, Not really sticking to the missions or objectives

Then the only thing in the universe considered a 'True sandbox' is Gmod or any variant of Gmod.
Mind pointing me to a link of the definition of 'True sandbox' and 'Game sandbox'?

That's an editor to make levels for the 'Sandbox' mode. Which is not in the definition of 'True Sandbox'.
Can you please give me a link to the definition of a 'True Sandbox'?

Re: A Different Direction
It is also useful for modding the game to some extent.
Physics and such can be used as well and basically gmod can be made anytpe of sandbox with a few lau/lua coding

Usually if you don't have anything relevant to contribute to the topic, you should just not post in it.

Usually when you have an origin story you cover birth and death. Why isn't he dead?

Because the story isn't over yet?

Re: A Different Direction
As far as I can see they just left that storyline off on a happy note or whatever...now they're going to make a different storyline...which I have no clue if it's set in the same universe or not...but if it is I assume they'll pick up somewhere in the future when Spyro is older or whatever..then again who knows with these developers

Re: A Different Direction
Certainly.
But I would prefer it still in the LoS Universe.
Isn't there sopposed to be a trailer on show in mid May? Least that's what I heard.

Re: A Different Direction
Alright well then if you guys don't care then go talk on a different topic instead of filling this one up with posts about how much you don't care , let the ones who do discuss what's going to happen next.

Ever think that you may be able to post something that isn't offensive to a specific group of people?
I don't know why, but I don't care when people say bad things about a specific person, or the entire human race, but when there is a group of people it really gets me angry to see them discriminated against. Unless it's the Westboro Baptist church... Or PETA...
Anyway, back on topic?
E3 is suppose to be held this June, and from what I can tell? It seems like a really good year to be a gamer. Zelda, Spyro, Mario, Sonic, Portal, Half-life, and all those indie games!
