ghost gem glitch (fire works factory)??

I've heard of this glitch but what does it exactly do?? I cant seem to find any videos of it.

Is this what you're talking about?

I never got this glitch in any of my playthroughs, so I think maybe it was fixed in the Greatest Hits version.

You don't want it. It prevents you from getting the two gems. It occurs when the game changes your difficulty to easy mode. If it happens though just use the code. (Don't worry it won't cause any damage)

But if you really want to do it, then just fail at things all the time. Eg. Egg missions.

There is no real directions for it, It's just the game finding how easy\hard the game is for you. as i said if you really want to do it, then fail at a mission (maybe the sea shell shoal ones?) over and over again.
