How do i post pictures and videos without a URL?

I sometimes see people posting pictures without a URL how do i do that?

take this picture:

and type it out like this:

and it will look like this:

Also, you can rename hyperlinks like this:

(url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaRN3rdkwHk)F1 race cars(/url)

It will look like this:

click the reply button.

go to the right side of the text box, and up a little. there should be an "upload picture" button. browse your computer for the image, and upload.
