Why does it take 15-25 seconds to open a section? Like, for example I hit "General Discussions" and it take around 20 seconds to open, but not the topics. I know its not my computer since I recently just got it and has 4gb of RAM. My internet is not an issue, because it's wireless and the router is in the same room as mine. Is there anyway to fix this, or is it a server issue?

and how come when i type my number it says "FAILED TO SEND SMS! TRY AGAIN." that sucks the living life out of me to see that 20 times, even with a different phone number!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT HAPPENING!! its so unfair that others after me got to use pictures and i freakin' dont! im sent a bunch of PM's to S.R (SpyroRocks) and he never answered anyone of them!! i...am...LOSING IT! please any body, fix this cause im crying over my scaly shoulders to keep posting on this site and i dont want o leave it, plz!

maybe we could get some new moderators too, instead of waiting for people from 1885 to come back.

and update the logo.

and fix the "My Webpage" section that i've been complaining about for a year.

I would take the job and moderate the forums 5x a week.

I think I'm the only mod left around here and SR doesn't come around very much as far as I know...I'd fix some of this stuff if I could, but I don't think I have the option and I definitely don't have the knowledge. Sorry guys.

You could always try to send an email to SR if you want.

well, lets pray to god this site gets better and hope the sun shines over the rainbow. life can be complicated and things are kinda slow around here even if SR was around, besides, deviantart is kinda popular u know. and the site is a bit dusty and has some old things that people probably dont use, except the cellphone thing. SR is kinda cool to talk to, maybe we should post a topic to honor him.

in fact, that is a great idea! everyone gather in the general topic and meet me there...

If the site is lagging for you it would be best to check your ISP and or connection first. I haven't been on in awhile but the forum loads within a few seconds no problem for me, so try resetting your router or experimenting with other browsers. Other then that it would be an issue for SR for it is his website.

Aicebo is on from time to time. I will be checking up on the boards now every day, but as this is a topic about the site needing a so called update let's make a topic that involves moderators for that kind of discussion smile

If you want to be one then you have to hang around the site often, not be constantly breaking the rules, hang around on SC and get to know either myself or Spyrorocks then perhaps someday if he feels the need to do so he will give you a moderator position, but as of right now I don't believe he's looking for anyone to be one.
