How Do I Hide My Age?

Yeah, the title pretty much says it all. I don't really like everyone knowing my age, so is it possible to hide it?

Profile --> Birthday --> input the "-" option into each of the two dropdown lists (first entry on each list) and delete the year. If you don't want your age to be viewable, you don't put that information down in the first place.
