Enemy Species
Something I caught from the new screenshots and trailer: Some of the enemies in this game look like they're the same species as the Skylanders. For example, a picture of Trigger Happy showed him fighting some green guys who looked like Stealth Elf, and I caught some lava monsters in the new Gill Grunt trailer who looked like Eruptor.
The models look different from the playable characters, so it's probably not from arena fights. This implies the Skylanders are warring against eachother or their own species. Any thoughts?

You can fight you own species. It's not like just because were all Human we don't fight each other all the time.

I guess just because you're of a certain species doesn't make you a Skylander, otherwise they would've been trapped on Earth by Kaos instead of being mooks to fight.

I'm guessing the same thing. But maybe there are like villages(?) or something of the different species and the Skylanders are just like ones who are heroes and the others are controlled by Kaos?
