Frustration! Mysterious erased data.
I get all three of the original Spyro games and play them all the way through once every couple years or so.
I began playing Ripto's Rage a week ago or so, and I got up to about 94%, and somehow it erased itself. I restarted my PS2, and took out and blew on the memory card, still nothing. I have three slots, two of them where still there, but the one I was working on is the only one that was gone :\
I don't think there is anyway to recover it, but does anybody know why that might've happened?

I'm guessing the game file corrupted, or you have a faulty memory card. I was recently playing on my Spyro 3 disk for a let's play, and the game crashed as soon as I entered Sheila's Alp. I could no longer access that game save. Did your game crash, by any chance?

Re: Frustration! Mysterious erased data.
I don't recall it crashing or anything. I just saved and quit like always... Oh well, I've already played it all the way through again anyways xD
