Yes, go ahead. 
We used to have a mod that did all the contest stuff, but he left a while ago, so there's really no structure to the contest section right now at all. I would say that until we get it figured out, anyone can make one.

How to change my title. I mean the title above my user picture and below my name. Currently it's dragonfly. Does it change by amount of posts or what??
