Idea for original Spyro games

If they would remake the original Spyro trilogy i have an idea they should fit in those games: Split-Screen Race Mode!

2-4 players compete who completes the game in fastest time. It's not cooperative mode, everyone plays their own game but same time. Saving saves everyones progress and you can continue playing some other time. Winner is who gets the max % of the game first.

This would be fun I think.
