He just Photoshopped some common things we joke about in Spyrochat into one image, I guess. I have no idea where the whipped cream and strawberries thing came from, but the ears are from some other chat, I guess. As for Cynder, that should need no explanation.... I think there are like five different inside jokes we have about her.
