Are there any Mods for this game?

I saw mods to let you skateboard in the opening cutscene level, and I know there are Kaizo Mario-style mods for the old Super Mario 64. Are there any super-hard mods like that, but for the Spyro games? Any one will do, though I'd prefer it to be the third or second. The physics were better in those ones.
