Nestor's Final Design
At Comic Con, they revealed Nestor's final character design, which is revealed by the concept artist that the Nestor we saw in the reveal trailer was one of the few rounds of iteration to make sure TFB got him just right.

The funny thing is that I felt that the Nestor in the reveal trailer was a placeholder ever since we saw some of the dragons at E3.
