IF YOU MATCH 4 EMOTIONS YOU WIN 200 GEMS
IF YOU MATCH ALL 5 GEMS YOU WIN 1000 GEMS

This is not a raffle, because in a raffle, there is a garenteed winner. In a lottery, if no one has the right numbers (or in this case, emotions), then there is no winner and he can simply just keep all the gems for himself.

So, this is gambling since there is no garenteed winner each time, and thus is now shut down by me.
