That if the creators shouold've leave the whirldwind in Midnight Mountain and kept the bonus round on that piller and the Dino Mines portal as a boss?

It would definately be a useful addition to the game, but when making a game, you're under a time pressure, and things get cut. I'd be surprised to see what would have made it into Year of the Dragon if they had all the time they needed.
