Need help getting quill #20 on ship
I can't seem to get to the quill on the fifth ship. It is under the cage gate on the ship. It is the last quill i need. I just need to find a way to get into that room. Thanks 
P.S. this isn't the ship with the three levers.

Burn the heeps of sand/whatever those piles are until a button is revealed. step on that button. Freeze time and jump into the room.
