Best Spyro Game?

I Think this is the best spyro game, what about you?

At first I thought Ripto's Rage was my favourite, but then I replayed Year of the dragon and decided it's the best out of any Spyro game (but of course other people could disagree).

Gwenio voted i prefer TLOS, nope nice story but this games gameplay was superb, story wasn't bad either

I liked this game most of all the only thing is its a pretty short game i got it completed in 4 days I was soo exited to play it again. yay big_smile

probably didn't realise you were playing 6 hours a day, thats what happens with addicting games, you think they are too short cause time flies

I prefer Spyro 2 slightly. These games were both so similar it is very hard to decide. But Spyro 2 wins in my vote just by a little bit

Spyro 3 had 7 playable characters, 4 world (33 realms in total) aswell as a realm after you beat 100%

this game is the best in the series i think. Great levels, storyline, and of course the skateboarding was really fun. especcally in the enchanted towers skate area

yeah, i loved that arena. It would have been cool if you could grind on that arena, or maybe do some more tricks and gameplay modes and stuff, but it was just a simple minigame so you cant accept much. Spyro 3 would of been the best game ever made if it had 2 player splitscreen-freeroam-dropin/out multiplayer

To me the first will always be my faveourite, it just has a feeling the others lack very slightley imo, might just be because it was the first i played, but i'll always prefer the feel of the first. Spyro 3 is very good but i found it abit harder to get into than the first and even 2 for some reason.

I think that it is a great game like the other original Spyro games, but I still think that Spyro 2 is slightly better than this one for some reason.

i like both new and old spyro but because new spyro is so diffrent from the old one i will say my favourite game created by Insomniac is the first.Spyro the dragon

I didn't like the levels in it, nor the characters of the homeworlds.
And I like collecting Dragon Eggs and Dragons more than orbs...
