What was the most frustrating part of the game for you?

In Dante's Forest, just before you have to crawl in the whole to get closer to Volteer is, you know, with all those Dreadwings and apes. So far that was the most frustrating part for me. I'm fighting a Dreadwing and 8 apes, nothing hard really. But then, 3 more Dreadwings fly in, 3 more Dreadwings drop the barrels with reinforcements, 4 to each barrel, so then I'm fighting 4 Dreadwings, 20 apes, no breath, low health and no fury. That was really annoying.

If you die try knocking Dreadwings over cliffs with electric breath.
No part was frustrating to me except Steam.

Yeah, that's basically what I did to get out of it after I was killed. Then I just roasted the apes with maximum level fire breath big_smile . I'm up to Cynder's Citadel now. I have maximum Fire Breath and Fireball, Maximum Ice Breath, almost max Frost Shards, almost max Lightning Arc, Maximum Electric Breath, nowhere near maximum Earth Bomb, almost Maximum Earth Breath.

few annoying parts...
1.Ice level at the end when dreadwings kept comming, i thought they would come forver so i didn't know what i had to do
2.Grass level, that ship bridge thing where first littlies come out, then medims so on so on, i hate it once you die you have to start from the begining, and i didn't know where to go
3.convexity level, i had no idea where to go for a while
4. those block things that stick out in the grass level, never knew you had to jump on the log to get over it
........ there were more frustrations, but i cant post em all

That ice level, that's Dante's Forest, the part I was talking about with all those Dreadwings, lol. Looks like we were frustrated on the same part.

1.just before the hole like u
2.in tall plains where you have to get all the totems up then glide to the log and turn left(i ran round in cirles in the ground big_smile )

Steam was a pain in the butt for me. Other than that I didn't have any trouble with this game.

After playing TEN, I can hardly remember if I had trouble in ANB or not. big_smile I think the spot that drove me crazy when I first played it was in Tall Plains. It's the bit where you're fighting the hordes of enemies on that flying ship doodad. I died so many times there. D:

Yes, that part was annoying for me too. Until playing through again with lv 3 electric arc, I just chuck them off the edge big_smile

But yeah, that part in Dante's Freezer was SO annoying. But what made it better though, is one of Sparx's comments; Spyro: But why is she so... Sparx: Evil, monstrous, big... sexy, oops did I say that!? That was hilarious. It's ironic though, he calls her sexy in this one, and then in TEN he starts picking on her. Poor Cynder, I don't think she'd be interested in Sparx, lol.

Dante's Freezer - right near the end with all those Dreadwings etc, with electricity breath and the electric storm fury ... those things were basically toast

Tall Plains: yep the "hidden" passage, when you hop on the log and turn left where that Earth Cannon is ....

Munitions Forge: Don't know if anyone found this one aggravating and annoying to the point of screaming at it, you know those two slowly revolving platforms, jump on one and it tilts back and drops you off ...that had me for a bit until I worked it out!

Cynder's Fortress: the constant waves of apes etc when they blockaded the area off with the electric "magic" fence ... lemme kick some butt and get the hell outta here!!!

Umm, you can't use electric fury in Dante's Freezer because Volteer never taught you how to use it yet.

You've not finished the game and then gone through AGAIN with all your powers still intact .. this is on the PS2 though ... so yeah you can just pick up a Dreadwing and toss it over the side ...

most annoying was the little boat part in the forest, with the small, then medium..and so on, i always died on the big ones.

I agree with you cause that part was sooooo annoying! And I also hate the part on Concurrent Skies with the commanders and dreadwings coming at that one part.

You have to get onto one of the logs, i don't know which one though...
oh the most frustrating part was that ship in Tall plains, i found out if you just dont attack at all and just dodge, you can get there will full health, it's easy!
