Tips on Defeating Cynder on The Convexity:

-Double jump and Attack , Trying To EarthBlast as much as you can.
-When she fly and blast flames , Stay away from the outer ring or get scorched

Hopefully this will work for most people.

Ž · I applied my previous Devil May Cry experience to this fight, and my strategy quite worked well...

-Always remember the A&A rule, which stands for Avoid and Attack. Priority is to defend and not to attack, always attack only if you find an opening. CHALLENGE: Finish her without use of Magic Power.
-Find the element that's best for her! Preferably, because she's resistant to all elements, you would want to use Earth Shot, it's definitely the best breath to stick on. CHALLENGE: Never miss a shot while never getting damaged.
-Memorize her attack patterns and use your reflexes well. You must respond about .75 seconds before she executes the attack to ensure your safety. CHALLENGE: Finish this battle without getting any gems.
-Never assume that it's done. Only always continue using your method of killing her. Never assume that you're near. CHALLENGE: Finish all parts of the Cynder-Convexity fight in less than 3 minutes.
-If you're feeling a challenge, try doing some risks. CHALLENGE: Risk #1 - hit her while she's casting flame. Risk #2 - Do 3 consecutive melee attacks and still evade her next incoming attack. Risk #3 - Never get any gems while finishing this. Risk #4 - Stay for more than 3 minutes in the final part, where Spyro's element is automated to Dragona.

Oo I didn't do all that stuff. But the fight could have been made a tad more challenging.  But omg Cynder is voiced by Cree Summer.  I love Cree Summer.

I use Earth long breath to lock her down then melee, so I never get defeated by her, just almost ( no hp left )

Ž · I challenged myself on using Electricity Breath, and it was a success. It really doesn't make a difference much for me, because more than 5/6 of the time I whack her with Physical attacks.

That didn't work for me; I avoid using the physical attacks whenever possible. I just kept shooting fireballs at her when she was flying. It actually worked pretty well.

Ž · The main problem is the fire bomb's velocity is so slow that it won't work on a fast Cynder. (Spyro doesn't have an FCS XD), and because of the electric breath's instantenous action, it always hits as long as she's in range. (I'm supposed to make a video of my play if only I don't need an AVR to prevent the recorder from burning -_-)

Lightning is probably what I'm abusing right now, and it's proven to be too imba against many. XD

FCS (Fire Control System), this is what utilizes a mech's lock-on system.

I found using Earth Shot worked best cause it seems to be the strongest (physically) of all the elements. I found it worked really well when she was shooting flames on the ground, I could melee her about 4 or 5 times, then jump back or barrel roll and hit her with an Earth Shot or 2.

How does using the Earth Bomb help? I mean what does it do to her?

cynder is a tough boss for this type of game but stick to double jumping and attacking and using the earth breath (not the tornado one coz it is useless as she moves to much) and hopefully she should be toast

If you shoot an EarthBomb at her it lets you run a bit, but watch her, she tries to move but she keeps getting stopped!

But the Earth Bomb does so little damage to her compared to rounds of Earth Shots. Anyway, I should really be revealing that if you've exhausted all gems, the tail strike is the best move to use against her (ever watched my vid?)

Yup, this is exactly how I beat Cynder. Maybe that's why she seemed so easy... O.o It took me maybe 5 minutes to beat her. It was kinda disappointing, but I guess I didn't expect the Earth fury to do so much damage to her.. O_O

I have a way.

Collect the crystals and let her kill U. Keep doing this until your fury far is full.
Then do a fury!
It will take 3/4 of of her health away just leaving You just to use your earth breath to finish her off!
