I can't remember it's been quite a while since I've played that game.
I think there's one in Tree Tops.
There are a few thives in that level but most of them have keys and gems. :-P

Actually there are only two and they only have one gem :'( .
The eggs you're missing are in High Caves in the Magic Crafters World.
For the first, use the supercharge ramp to get to the far right area on the opposite side of the canyon. The thief is circling a pool of blue water.
For the second, you use the supercharge ramp again, only this time, once you reach the bottom, take a sharp right and jump from the bridge to the cave.

There was one in tree trops thats one your missing and magic crafters home had two eggs, and high caves had one so i don't know what your missing..
i just finished the game 120% last week so i rememmber that stuff
