I've noticed that several people dislike Cyril just because he's a character made to have the unfortunate trait of arrogance. He's just that way, but that doesn't mean he's any less deserving of a fan club than anyone else.

The nature of his character is one of the reasons I actually like him - what would Cyril be known for without his arrogant character? A bland one at that.

Don't understate his awesomeness. Come show how [glow=cyan:a6a2f37431]cool[/glow:a6a2f37431] Cyril is!

I think he's COOL. Why? He looks neat, he's blue, and he's ICE type! My fav. type! Because I like the cold. smile

Yeah, Cyril needs more love, although he's not my favourite charecters. Anyone notice how he's the ONLY elemental guardian to not ever have a clean cutscene (meaning NOT in gameplay graphics)??? I think thats just...I dunno. Why did the other guardians get atleast one pefect graphic cutscene (Ignitus=LOTS of em, Terrador=Before the chase, and volteer=intro to ANB, but cyril has NON.)

He is cool, and yes he does have a bit of a cutscene, right at the end of Tall Plains how you rescue him and he cuts in ...

And the Ice fury is the best by far in that game when it's at its maximum

I think Cyril is awesome smile ! And honestly, his arrogance doesn't bother me. In fact, I don't think his arrogance is real; on the official site, it says his arrogance is a facade, meaning it's a fake mask. I think he's only putting up an act, really.

Yeah; that's what makes him a pretty interesting character. I wouldn't mind hanging around with him. People shouldn't take Cyril seriously; it's not like you're hanging around with a truly arrogant person that can drive you crazy. If he's bragging about his royal lineage, well full bragging rights to him. He's not afraid to show it off. And he's not completely insensitive to others (i.e. he's not "blinded" by his arrogance).

Well, again, his arrogance his fake; even if he is bragging about his royal lineage all the time, he's faking being arrogant big_smile . As for his lineage, I have a theory about that, but I'm saving it for my fanfic ...

You're surprised? Most people are too near-sighted to look past the arrogance we see on the outside and see that he actually isn't arrogant; again, the official site says that it's a facade, a fake mask. He's faking it. There are some pics on dA; I'll post links tomorrow if I have time smile .

Yay, Cyril! big_smile I like his fake arrogance, and am fairly certain that there is a gooey center beneath that spiky arrogant facade. ^^ We know he has a soft spot for Spyro, anyway, as do the rest of the Guardians.

I wish he'd gotten more screentime, as well. As far as all the Guardians go, Cyril definitely got the shaft. sad Definitely not cool.
