it's in the levle where hunter saves spyro I'm missing a item lightgem or fragon egg can't remember but my task list is complete and I've looked all over the levle over and over again please! help I'll find out more details if you need them to help me but please help me neutral

the first water wheel has poles on it pole spin to the one higher than u to get it going. the second water wheel is the same exept theres platforms instead.

That is called an avatar,go to your Profile, go to the bottom of the page, and click Browse, and then choose a saved picture, and then click Submit-not Reset.
spyster10000, it is the Gloomy Glacier you are stuck in.
Here are where the Dragon Eggs are in the GG:

-Play as Ember: Inside a locked chest in Bentley's bedroom
-Spyro Turret Mini-Games: Inside a locked chest just after the skeleton summoner
-Play as Ember: Behind a cracked wall after Dragon Egg 42
-Character Viewer: Underneath the first bridge after Dragon Egg 44
-PLay as Flame: After a set of three revolving ribs
-Sparx Shooter Mini-Games:Complete Sparx's challenge on Easy

Here are where the Light Gems are in the GG:
- Clear out Bentley's cave and you will be rewarded with one.
- In the middle of the area just after the swinging hammers with switches
- Inside a ribcage with a Yeti, destroy it with a fire arrow
- On a ledge with a Yeti after a couple of rolling stones
- Complete Sparx's challenge on Hard
- At the top of a set of crumbling platforms
- Inside a locked room above the climbing wall (where the spiders with the pink gems on them are), shoot a target to open it
- At the very end of the level, before you free Spyro.
