help for lualua island

i'm very frustrated with this world!
i only have one dragonfly left and it is the one after completing the tiki mask challenge, after shooting the masks it makes it easier to reach the dragonfly above the pool. well i don't know what i've done but i can't reach the dragonfly! i'm pretty sure i've shot all the masks because on other sites it says you can shoot all the masks from next to the challenge portal. but when i try to jump onto the floating platforms, i can't reach them by jumping alone, so i try gliding. but it's like there's a force that pushes me off the platform once i reach it. i have lost count of the number of times i've tried!
i hope that all made sense!
help please!

Everything you've mentioned here just screams the word glitch. I'm afraid I cannot help you.

It's an hard place to go... I completed the game two times... strange

Both Enter The Dragonfly and Shadow Legacy are sadly, extremely bad games in the sense that they are awfully programmed and full of critical glitches.

Thankfully, by "resetting" an area, you can deactivate an active glitch in both games.

So... if all else fails, leave the world, return, and try again.

Exactly why I gave up on this game. Shadow Legacy wasn't so bad, though.

If you still need help, you could try activating the 'swimming in the air' glitch. I realised while playing this level that there was a patch of land almost level with the water and it didn't take long before I was swimming around everywhere.

Of course, this will help you to get up the cliff but you'll need to be able to return to normal mode in order to actually CATCH that dragonfly, so... it might not be that helpful after all. :S
