Skill Points?
Have any of you wished they'd released a special edition of the game with Skill Points like the two sequels? And if so, where do you think they'd go?
I think getting to that lighthouse would probably be one. As well as some of those 'Flame all the items in the level' here and there.

Re: Skill Points?
A special Edition of the Game exists, but unfortunately without Skill Points. :-P
I really hope for a remake of this Game with a lot of Them!

Re: Skill Points?
...or achievements like on the Xbox 360 games out there. Also there should be some extra levels hidden somewhere. (For example, in the second room under the platform in Metalhead. There could be a storm drain.)
I don't care how it looks but how it functions

Oh, Absolutely! That would be awesome. I also think it would be great if they made the game longer by adding an extra level to each homeworld or add another homeworld or something, since I felt that the game, although it was fantastic, was a little too short.

What lighthouse is he talking about? I don't remember a lighthouse. But yes, skill points are needed.

Re: Skill Points?
Yeah, there were many good places for skill points in the first game. But I am also curious about what lighthouse RadSpyro is talking about.

Re: Skill Points?
i think one would probably be three laps of supercharge, in the magic crafters home. start supercharging, continue past the ballonist, jump to the very start where the baloon drops, past the thieft that jumps on plataform, onto the main area and then start everything again. an you also must start with super or ultra charge to be able to pass everything.
It's possible to fly outside of the speedways.

the only lighthouse i can think of is the big one in Twilight Harbor.

Re: Skill Points?
I suppose I wouldn't mind. Then again I like the originals just the way they are.

It wouldn't hurt, but I like the game just the way it is.

Re: Skill Points?
Yeah, I wished they'd put that in the game in a greatest hits version, that would've lengthened the gameplay.

Oh man, I remember I tried and tried to get on that thing. After about 25 tries, I finally made it.
We should compile a list of things that could've been skill points in this game. Maybe we could make it into a contest or something. It would really bring a whole new element into this game.
I love my staffies!

Re: Skill Points?
i've seen videos of people doing "fun runs" on YouTube. the one that sticks out the most to me is Cliff Town. that could have made, or could make, a cool skill point. it's sure challenging enough, i try this almost every time i go into this level.

Lol, that's just "cheese-slice" Dazzy. Just a interesting fellow, not so much a jerk

I didn't know you could charge up the Cliff Town stairs like that though. Will definitely try that in my next speedrun.
