Ok, ever since a while ago, i've felt there is a big polarization in between the whole SpyroxCynder "they should fall in love and admit their feelings" or "They should just stay friends" so i truely want to know what the forum feels.... should they admit their love in this game or not?

I think they should, but at the right time. Not at the beginning of the game. I think an after-credits confession would be best. I'd be dissapointed if they don't but I'm not going to go rabid.

I'm afraid I'm neutral, mostly due to all the fantards I've met who seem to like bashing all the other characters and bonds. However, setting that aside, I always did think the idea of a relationship between them was cute. If they do end up together in DotD and it is done in a tasteful way and the right way, I may come around to liking it, but I'll always be more interested in and a bigger fan of the Ignitus-Spyro father-son element of the story(which desperately needs to be given attention to in DotD - it's not just Spyro and Cynder's bond that deserves attention, Ignitus and Spyro's bond deserves to get a lot of attention too sad ).

So, like I said, I went for the neutral vote here. <.<

It's a nice idea, and Razz is slowly getting me to support it a little bit more, but I don't mind if happens or not.
I'll admit though, it seems likely to happen. Meh.

Yeah... very likley... its just the way its been leading... and i agree with you Ignitus #1 fan.... they should also make more of that mood in between Spyro and Ignitus, I would not be surprised if in the game Ignitus admited he was Spyro's Biological Father... It would add more excitment... but if they did that, and the love in between Spyro and Cynder, i would be uber happy

I just really don't like the pairing.
Just because they're the same age and they're opposite genders doesn't mean they should have to be a pair.

Why? One reason is said above. If I would be a good friend of a boy I wouldn't like to hear people saying we are in love, because I think boys and girls can also just be friends. Also it's never said in the game that they love eachother.
But on the other side I really like that pairing. I don't know why but I like it. I think it would be enough if after the credits a little scene come with something like 'Some years later...' and you see a little dragon hatching out of it's egg and in the abckground you see a purple and a dark dragon. That would be fine, because when I was younger I didn't like these love-stories and Spyro is still a game for kids.

Nice, well now i understand better, but my oppinion is that they have shown some feelings for each other.... the way Spyro said he did not want Cynder to go.... i think that was not a just friends thing....

What if Cynder was a male and he said that?
What if your best friend is a male and is moving away, you wouldn't want him to go, would you?
It seems to me that only because Cynder is a female is why everyone seems to go "ZOMGZ SXC 4 EVAH!!1!" and stuff...if Cynder was a male none of that would happen.

Ok.... well, if my friend was leaving.... I would be like.... dont go... like a straight forward thing, i would not be like "I dont want you to go" as if my wish... I would just be like straight forward as "Dude.... dont go..." I bet if Sparx wanted to leave Spyro would be like.. "Sparx... Dont go..." my oppinion.... even if there other girl chars.... the way they set up Spyro and Cynder is perfect man

Having not played TEN my knowledge is extremely limited here, but have their actually been ANY instances that imply that Spyro and Cynder even like each other?

Like each other romantically you mean? I don't think so. There are strong instances in which you see Spyro cares for her. For one, he does worry about where's she's gone, and yes, there's that temple scene. After a long conversation, Spyro, not being able to find an excuse to make her stay, simply says "I don't want you to go." Also, when talking with the Chronicler, he asks about her backstory and then defends her when he thinks it's unfair that she'll never know anything but darkness. There's also that one TEN trailer, where Spyro and Cynder are playing a game that goes wrong with Gaul showing up, and Spyro unleashes fury upon seeing Cynder in danger.

These aren't hints toward romance, but I guess people see them that way. While I was playing TEN, I was already convinced they were siblings, so you can see why I didn't have the romantic possibility in mind like other people, since nothing remotely romantic happened to get me out of that train of thought.

Furthermore, thanks to that little sibling slip-up in the GBA game, I doubt we'll see any blatant romance in DotD. Why? Because kids out there with no access to internet forums still think they're related. Won't they be confused if there was a romantic scene? If asked, the parents would have a lot of explaining to do. I say this because I myself would have gone on thinking they were siblings had I not come across this board, and I got an 11-year-old cousin and an online friend who have thought and still think they are siblings.
