It's pointless to ask, nobody here is going to know, and neither should the person who told you. No company lets slip their spoilers before game release, that just costs them business. Unless of course, someone got hold of their script somehow, in which case if they can't prove they did, don't believe it.

I second what Kazoobie said, but on top of that, why would they offer Cynder as a playable character - and say you can play as her for almost the ENTIRE GAME if you wish (certain puzzles require Spyro) - and then, oh noez, Cynder drops like a fly in the middle of the storyline.
Woooow. Great for business.
Anyway, don't trust it, it's ridiculous unless they work for Sierra or something. =P

Why would they do that? I don't think they would have made Cynder playable if they were going to have her killed later on in the game so it's just another romour.

Yes, Cynder is going to die... The amount of times she dies depends on how good you are at the game, but I can promise you that she will die from losing too much health at one point or another.

I think that in the game will not one ending. There maybe two or more. Besides Sierra can make the different endings for Spyro and Cynder, so we can't say what happening in the game right now.

I wouldn't like that. This game's meant to tie up all the loose ends of the trilogy, and end it at the same time, so I doubt there'll be more than one ending.

Cynder died in the game is just a false rumor, she's a playable character so why would the developers kill her off after the effor and hard work they did to put her in the game?

I don't like her small or teen form. Only her biggest form. Lol.
I made a SXC AMV where big Cynder and Spyro were in love with eachother and when she morphed into a smaller dragon Spyro didn't love her anymore. XDD
So I wouldn't care too much if she was injured/killed...*shrug*

I wouldn't be surprised if ignitus died in the game... I don't know why, I just 'feel' like it would happen.

But Cynder won't die... And even if she did, not in the middle of the game...

Honestly, I wouldn't care either way. I don't really like the Cynder character very much.

/me waits to be brutally murdered by a mob of Cynder worshipers.

But anyway, if it's any consolation to those of you who do like her, I'm fairly sure they won't kill her off, seeing as she's so popular.

Hehehe Stormy your opinion is yours to keep and nobody can take it away from you.

I am a Cynder/Spyro fan, and to whomever said that she dies in the game half way through I don't think she will at all ..

My theory, what I'm thinking is it's more than likely going to be another story akin to Harry Potter (transpose the characters from HP into the game and who do you get?). But then again that's just my opinion - I wouldn't be able to say exactly what happens in the game, I guess only thing I can do is wait until November 12 and get it and find out!!!

Sheesh people!! for the last time cynder doesn't die!!!!! i know cause i beat the game.why don't you just wait until the game comes out instead of ruining it for yourself. trust me, you will ruin it if you know too much about it. the game barely has any plot as it is.
