Flooding the dam

i got two of the orbs on the orb plates and i pulled the keys as far as they go.
i have no idea what to do i have spent like 2 hours trying everything. someone help me please-god this is so frustrating!

You opened the first 2 flood gates, it sounds like. There's one more. The change in water level should allow you to enter the dam itself (look around the middle of the dam). You'll eventually end up by another floodgate near the top of the dam.

Edit- wrong dam...mispell fail.

Also on you're way up look around for a Elite enemy.
