is it just me or.....
did any one else think that dotd was a hole lot shorter and easier that ten and anb because i think there was only like 4 memorable levels and those are valley of avalar, dragon city, the destroyer, and floating islands, but eternal night was wwwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy harder....i think ????

Re: is it just me or.....
I agree...TEN was a whole lot harder for me to get through then this was....but I enjoyed DotD much more.
The bosses on TEN were pretty annoying and I think that game took me about a little less then a week to get through as opposed to ten hours on this game (Minus finding everything)
I am disappointed that the game was so short.....they should have made this event even larger by putting a bit more back into the story.....but I still really enjoyed the game!

Re: is it just me or.....
My sister said the same thing, and I have to agree- we might have finished the game in one sitting if we'd had the patience to do so (we were playing on two-player mode. Awesome fun, by the way, I highly recommend it.) It took me about a week to finish The Eternal Night, but three days to finish Dawn of the Dragon. Though truth be told, the short time it took to play it would be my only complaint. I still found it highly enjoyable.

Re: is it just me or.....
DotD will be more then enjoyable to any Spyro fan...unless of course you despise the LOS series, but I have not gotten a chance to try it on two player mode....makes me wish they supported the online feature, but what are ya gonna do.
I thought this was a lot better then TEN in terms of the camera and obviously the fighting system...because in TEN just about three hits from any boss would completely destroy your healthbar.....which the bosses in this game can do as well...but you have more opportunities to avoid if you really want to.

I agree, I can't even get through the beginning of TEN.
I'm stuck near the end of DotD though...in Burnt Lands...

Re: is it just me or.....
i have to agree with the longness and shortness. but i think DOTD was harder for me. mabye cause i needed to get used to the new combat and stuff.
TEN was easy for me cause i know all of the buttons and stuff, but i got DOTD for the xbox 360, so i needed to get used to the buttons and of course the FLYING!!
i agree with most of the people. burnt lands and the level with the part when you have to get all of the dark crystals took me a while.
WHOOOO 11 days till christmas!! I CANT WAIT!

Re: is it just me or.....
Yeah the Destroyer level was a pain...the strategy guide didn't show the location of like three of the dark crystals...so I had to fly around for quite a bit to find them....

Re: is it just me or.....
I hated that level the first time around. I got up to 10/12 and spent an hour not knowing what to do...
I felt silly when I discovered how to proceed.

Re: is it just me or.....
Well.....finding those crystals was a real pain.......the strategy guide was completely off on that one, but at least we figured it out in the end.
