A short story I did for the Flame x Ember club on DA...

Flame x Ember Story

Ember searched after Spyro, she would once again tell him how much she love him and want to marry him even that she know that he liked the black dragoness more.
“Spyro…” she called with her little cute voice but couldn’t find him everywhere.
She started to run and tried to find him but didn’t hear him or see him.
Without looking where she was running she ran into someone around the corner and they both landed hard on their backs.
“Ow look where you are running!” she hissed angrily and stroked her head with her eyes closed.
She didn’t get any response so she looked up to see if it was someone she ran into or it was just her.
She then blushed lightly as she saw a red dragon staring dreamily at her, his red eyes looked directly into her blue eyes while he blushed deeply, but he didn’t say anything.
“Look where you are walking next time” said Ember and got up and walked away to continue her search after the purple dragon.
The red dragon kept looking after her until she turned around a corner and she was out of site.
`Who was that beauty?´ thought the red dragon and kept looking at where she had turned the corner.

Ember kept searching after the one she loved but now her head was suddenly filled with thoughts about that red dragon she just ran into.
She remembered his eyes, they burned with a passion she had never seen before.
His red scales made her somehow feel safe and relaxed.
While she was in her deep thought she bumped into another dragon.
“Hey Ember look where you are walking” hissed a dragoness.
Ember looked up and saw it was Cynder.
They had a rivalry over Spyro so they weren’t the best friends at the moment.
“I-I’m sorry Cynder… I was just deep in my thoughts.” said the pink dragoness.
“Let me guess… about Spyro right?” said Cynder, annoyed of having her around, trying to steal her mate.
Ember looked at the ground.
“Um… actually not this time” she admitted.
Cynder was about to yell at her, but then heard her answer.
“What really? What are you thinking then?” asked the black dragoness, surprised that Ember could think of things other then Spyro.
“Um… I ran into a red dragon before…”
“Oh that must be one of the new gauds”
“Guards?” asked Ember confused.
“As always, you don’t listen to what the guardians says when Spyro is near you huh” Cynder sighed.
“We have got some new guards in the temple if someone tried to steal or attack the temple, then we need all the help we can get.” explained Cynder.
“Oh… um… do you know what the red dragon's name is?” she asked and blushed a little.
“Yeah his name is Flame, I talked with him a while ago.”
“What a cute name… um thanks Cynder”
“Err… your welcome… I guess” said Cynder still surprised that the pink dragoness hadn’t said one word about Spyro, or how much Ember loved him more than her but then about another dragon.
Ember then changed her target and now searched for the red dragon.

Ember searched for hours but couldn’t find him again.
She went outside in the garden and noticed that it was night and the sky was filled with stars.
She then saw the red dragon sitting near a lake with a flower in his paw and looked like he plucked one petal of the flower out and mumbled something to himself.
She couldn’t hear him so she moved closer.
“She loves me... She loves me not...” he said while he plucked the petals of the flower off.
He then stopped and tossed the flower away.
“No… I will not let a flower choose it… I love her.” He said blushing and didn’t notice that the pink dragoness was just behind him, blushing a deep red color.
`H-He loves me!´ she thought, and also thought that she had to do something.
“Um… hi…” she said and the red dragon turned around and fell down on his back out of surprised that she was there. He blushed a deep pink color and his eyes widened.
“I’m sorry! Did I scare you Flame?” she asked surprised of his reaction.
“I-I’m f-fine… huh? you know my name!?” he asked surprised, but also blushed even more now.
The dragoness he just had fallen in love with knows his name, without him telling her it himself.
“Y-Yeah… I asked Cynder, the black dragoness, about it” she admitted and blushed.
“W-Why would you know my name?”
“B-Because… I think you’re… cute” she said, and looked away embarrassed of what she just said.
Flame couldn’t believe what he just had heard, the dragoness that he like also likes him.
“Um… y-your also very cute… and beautiful” he said and tried to hide the fact that he was blushing but failed.
The pink dragoness looked back at him with wide eyes.
“R-Really? You think I’m beautiful?” she asked and the red dragon nodded nervously.
Ember smiled and then lied next to him and stroked his body.
Flame felt like he was about to faint, but kept his head cool and nervously moved his paw to her and stoked her pink scales.
They both blushed and looked into each other’s eyes.
They both felt themselves moving closer to each other and at least they lips touched each other in a passionate kiss.
It felt like time stopped while they kissed and they both didn't want to break it.
But they then broke the kiss and kept looking at each other.
“I-I love you… I didn’t catch your name my lady.” said the red dragon.
“It’s Ember.” She said dreamily.
“Ember… I love you” he said and blushed.
“I love you too Flame” she blushed and then kissed him again and they lay there together under the stars of the night’s sky.

A few Grammar errors other than that it is super cool!
