Tails: I've made the hilts for your two daggers already, they're made of hardened vines, just need to get a hold of some meteorite for the daggers.
Cosmso: But why meteorite? Why can't you just use some other metal?
Tails: Because, well, having daggers made of iron or some other metal would be too heavy for you. And the lighter metals wouldn't hold up against another sword. But meteorite is lightweight....once smelted and molded....and is quite strong. And....since you're not from earth, it's appropriate that the metal not be from earth.
Cosmo: Can I see the hilts?

Sonic: *T* Pure meteorite!? What's Tails thinking? Metal from a meteorite amplifies sound more than other metals! If a sonic boom were to happen right next to her, the daggers' blades would shatter from too much vibration and possibly hurt her. He's taking a huge risk with her.

OOC: well we won't have to worry about any Sonic booms since it's so hard to create one. wink

Tails: Sure, *takes out the hilts and hands them too her, they were woven it seems like, with depictions of roses, and it seems that the daggers will be small enough to fit up her sleeves. While Cosmo is admiring them, Tails notices Sonic's shocked look.* Everything all right Sonic?

OOC: Except for if Sonic starts running. He does run at Mach 1 after all (supersonic speeds, Mach 4 is hypersonic speeds).

Sonic: *whispers to Tails* You know that meteorite metal's dangerous. It amplifies sound stronger than anything. If I were to start running, it would create a sonic boom, and that would shatter the blades on the daggers and hurt her.
